Chef Kaz has over 30 years of experience as a sushi chef. He previously served as an Executive Sushi Chef at Blue Ribbon Sushi in New York City and also worked at Nobu, bringing decades of traditional Japanese sushi craftsmanship to Tori To Sakana.
Chef Kaz is highly skilled in omakase sushi, bringing the same precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every catering experience.
